Terms (short)

books.money sends first-party AR reminders from your QuickBooks data. You are the sender of record. Fee: 5% of recovered, capped at $1,500 a month, plus $299 a month after a 90-day pilot. Cancel any time, effective within 24 hours. Provided as is; we are not liable for uncollected amounts.

Privacy

We store your profile, QuickBooks invoices and payments, and messages sent on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted; accounts are isolated by row level security. We never sell your data. Request deletion any time. We send over an authenticated domain and honor every unsubscribe.

First-party AR rider (template)

You authorize books.money to send AR reminders in your name, using your business name, address, and reply-to. All messages are first-party. We are not a debt collector or collections agency and do not report to credit bureaus. Pause or stop any time.
