What if they dispute?
Kai stops and flags it for you. She never argues or threatens.
How do I see what was collected?
The dashboard lists every recovered invoice, exportable to CSV. Share a read-only link with your accountant.
Do you touch my money?
No. Payments go straight to your bank through QuickBooks.
Can I turn it off?
Yes, any time, within 24 hours. Pause one customer or all of them.
What data do you store?
Your profile, QuickBooks invoices and payments, and Kai's messages. Tokens are encrypted, accounts isolated.
Is this a collections agency?
No. Every message is first-party, from your own AR team, with no threats or credit-bureau reporting.
What does it cost?
5% of what Kai recovers, capped at $1,500 a month. 90-day pilot on results, then $299 a month plus the 5%.
Will customers know it is automated?
Mail comes from your address and reads like your team. You review the text before the first send.
What if they pay right after a reminder?
A payment cancels the sequence at once. Anyone who paid in the last 72 hours gets no nag.
Do I change anything in QuickBooks?
No. One click turns off QuickBooks's own reminders so no one is emailed twice.
How fast are results?
